The upscale grocery store Fox & Obel, 401 E. Illinois St., reopened three days after being shut down July 15 for health-code violations, according to the Chicago Tribune. Fox & Obel notified its customers of the reopening by email, apologizing "for the inconvenience caused" by the closure and thanking them for "loyalty and support."
