Artemis Singers 'Better Times Will Come' Pride Event Kick off LGBTQ+ Pride Month with Artemis Singers' next concert, a celebration of hopefulness after this long global slog of fear and separation. Enjoy an uplifting experience highlighting opportunities to create a better world and our better selves in it and a dance afterward. World premieres of a newly commissioned "Sista Switches" by Regina Harris Baiocchi, a Black woman composer, author, and educator from Chicago, and of "The Weaving" by Artemis Singers' own Laurie Lee Moses, commissioned for our 40th anniversary season.
