Live coverage of President Obama's Keynote Address at Human Rights Campaign National Dinner

NEW YORK — October 8, 2009 — SIRIUS XM Radio ( NASDAQ: SIRI ) today announced that OutQ, the nation's first and only 24/7 radio channel dedicated to the LGBT community, will broadcast extensive coverage of the National Equality March in Washington, DC this weekend including live coverage of President Obama's keynote address at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner on October 10. The Equality March is an event organized to fight for equal protection for LGBT people in all matters governed by civil law in all 50 states.

Political and cultural commentator Michelangelo Signorile will kick off the coverage on his daily call-in show October 9 live from Washington, DC beginning at 2:00 pm ET. Scheduled guests include Lt. Dan Choi of Knights Out; activist Urvashi Vaid, Executive Director of the Arcus Foundation; and David Mixner, former LGBT liaison to President Clinton. Mixner originally conceived the National Equality March. Both Mixner and Vaid are scheduled speakers at Sunday's Equality March event.

OutQ News will present a live special covering President Obama's keynote address at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner beginning at 8:00 pm ET on October 10. OutQ will air the speech live in its entirety, and OutQ News Director Tim Curran and his guests will offer reaction and commentary. Scheduled guests include blogger Pam Spaulding of Pam's House Blend and Sean Bugg, co-publisher of Metro Weekly, a gay and lesbian newsmagazine in Washington, DC.

OutQ's Tim Curran and Aaron McQuade will present special coverage of the National Equality March at the top of every hour October 11 beginning at 2:00 pm ET.

Larry Flick will host a special edition of his weekend music show, Feel the Spin, October 11 beginning at 2:00 pm ET, with frequent special reports from Michelangelo Signorile, Frank DeCaro, and Doria Biddle live from the National Equality March Rally on the West Lawn of the Capitol. Flick will be joined by SIRIUS XM listeners around the country, sharing this historic day together while listening to a special selection of music custom-crafted for the rally and March.

Frank DeCaro will host a special edition of his live, daily call-in show October 12 from Washington, DC, beginning at 11:00 am ET, recapping the weekend and taking calls from around the country. Also on October 12, Michelangelo Signorile will broadcast his live, daily call-in show from Washington, DC beginning at 2:00 pm ET, wrapping up the weekend's events, sharing his perspective on the rally and Equality March, protests, President Obama's address to the HRC, and other key events of the weekend.
