Benefit show for Brennon/Santiago: Ties, Tassels & Friends, Pumpkins O'Plenty

On Saturday, October 15th, Ties & Tassels, along with a group of loving team-mates and friends, would like to create a show for all to gather to remember and celebrate the life of Christina Santiago and raise some funds to assist the Brennon/Santiago Fund. Christina was tragically killed in the Indianapolis State Fair stage collapse on August 14, and is survived by her wife, Alisha Marie Brennon, who was seriously injured in the... collapse.
Christina was committed to empowering queer women of color and advocating for access to health care in the LGBTQ community. She was a board member and programming chair for Amigas Latinas, and worked full-time as the manager of programming for the Lesbian Community Care Project (LCCP) at Howard Brown Health Center.
Reverend Chicagodom will be hosting this generous event.
Performances include; Nikki Patin with some spoken word/singing, and Amy & The Mud Butlers helping us rock out, Laila with some bellydancing, Bizarre Sally and Sweet Melissa doing burlesque, Rebecca Kling with some spoken word, and Holly Deck with a special performance aka Nerdlesque!!! Candy Cadaver will be making an appearance too! 8pm doors, 9pm show.
