Illinois High School Musical Theatre Awards' Marguerite Reed and Jacob Simon will be among 86 students being celebrated at the 11th Annual Jimmy Awards, honoring the best performances in U.S. high school production this past year, Playbill noted.
The nominees make their debut on a Broadway stage after intensive professional training at NYU Tisch School of the Arts' New Studio on Broadway.
The June 24 ceremony, hosted by Dear Evan Hansen star Ben Platt, will be streamed live from the Minskoff Theatre on The Jimmy Awards Facebook account. After the performances, industry experts will select the winners.
