At Wintrust Arena on July 26, the Chicago Sky (21-7) fell to the Las Vegas Aces (20-8) 93-83 in the final of the Commissioner's Cup.
A $500,000 prize pool went to Las Vegas, giving an estimated $30,000 to each player on the winning team, including an extra $5,000 to the MVP. The winning team also receives $165,000 for its charity of choice.
Chicago players were awarded around $10,000 each.
According to Bleacher Report, the Aces' Chelsea Gray (who scored 19 points) was named the MVP. Kelsey Plum led the team with 24 points.
Candace Parker had 20 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Sky.
The Sky will play the New York Liberty at home on Friday, July 29. The tipoff at Wintrust Arena is at 7 p.m. CT and will air on CBS Sports Network and CW 26.
