The sixth-seeded Chicago Sky (2-0) defeated the third-seeded Minnesota Lynx (0-1) 89-76 at the Target Center in Minneapolis in round two of the 2021 WNBA playoffs on Sept. 26.
With the win, the franchise moves on to the semifinals for the first time since 2016.

Five Sky players scored in double figures, as Chicago forward Kahleah Copper had her first career double-double, with a career high 10 rebounds to go with her 16 points. Courtney Vandersloot led the Sky with 19 points, while Aerial Powers had 24 for the Lynx.
Sky forward Candace Parker is now fifth all-time in playoff scoring. Parker also moved into 11th all-time in playoff assists, passing Maya Moore.
With the win, the Sky advanced for a best-of-five series against the top-seeded Connecticut Sun. The first game is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 28, with the tip-off set for 7 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
