At the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, Washington, the Chicago Sky had a record-breaking win Aug. 29 when they routed the Seattle Storm 107-75.
The Sky's 32-point win over the Seattle Storm is the largest victory in franchise history. With the win, the Sky complete a 3-0 series sweep of Seattle.
The Storm have not lost three consecutive games since 2019.
Candace Parker finished the game with 25 pointsher most as a Sky player. Parker and Courtney Vandersloot recorded their 6th and 10th double-double this season respectively. Vandersloot's 48th points/assists double-double leads the WNBA all-time. Parker's double-double is the 140th of her career (fourth all-time).
The last time Seattle lost a home game by at least 30 points was 20 years agoin the team's debut season.
The Chicago Sky (14-12) will next travel to face the Phoenix Mercury (15-10) for a regular-season matchup with tip-off scheduled for 9 p.m. CT. Sky fans can watch the game on The U/NBA TV.
