Men allege Horn sexually attacked them; Beyonce's return

Three male caretakers are suing Roy Horn—of the Vegas tiger-trainer duo Siegfried and Roy—for allegedly sexually attacking them, according to Slate.com . TMZ reported that a 2010 video shows Horn sexually assaulting physical therapists while in rehab for the tiger attack that nearly killed him in 2003. Horn reportedly pinched nipples, forcibly kissed a caretaker on the mouth and grabbed genitalia, among other things. The alleged victims could not file a criminal report because the one-year statute of limitations had expired.

Beyonce performed for the first time since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy May 25-28 at Revel Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, N.J. A New York Times review noted that instead of a reduced, more laid-back show, "[s]he's moving at the same speed as before." Among the songs she performed were "1+1," "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)," "Halo," "Naughty Girl" and "Run the World (Girls)."

Pro football player Donald Driver won Dancing with the Stars May 22, USA Today reported. In doing so, he defeated runner-up Katherine Jenkins, a Welsh opera star, and Latino actor/model William Levy, who's called the "Cuban Brad Pitt." Driver's pro partner was Peta Murgatroyd.

Oprah Winfrey has placed her eight-room, 4,607-square-foot Streeterville co-op unit on the market for $2.8 million—half of what she paid for the unit six years ago, according to the Chicago Tribune. She never actually lived in it. Winfrey paid $5.6 million for the sixth-floor unit in 2006, but had a change of heart after buying it, opting to stay in a condo a few blocks away.

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) released a video ad featuring Jack Antonoff of the band fun. for its "Americans for Marriage Equality" campaign, according to a press release. In the video, Antonoff calls on people to "Join me, my band mates and the majority of Americans in the fight for marriage equality nationwide." The videos can be viewed online at www.hrc.org/marriageequality.

Actor Jim Parsons, 39—well-known as genius Sheldon Cooper on the TV show The Big Bang Theory—has officially come out of the closet, according to a Huffington Post item. He revealed his sexuality in an interivew with New York Times writer Patrick Healy. Discussing Parsons' role in the 2011 revivial of Larry Kramer's Broadway drama The Normal Heart, Healy writes that Parsons "is gay and in a 10-year relationship, and working with an ensemble again onstage was like nourishment, he said." Although the Times doesn't identify Parsons' partner, the actor thanked Todd Spiewak when he won an Emmy two years ago.

Sir Elton John has been hospitalized with a serious respiratory infection, Advocate.com reported. John, 65, recently became ill while performing his "Million Dollar Piano" show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. John's publicist said that "the attending Cedars-Sinai physician recommend[ed] that Elton not perform any concerts for approximately seven days with complete rest and antibiotic treatment to cure his respiratory infection and prevent any damage."

Actress Molly Ringwald—best known for '80s movies such as Pretty in Pink and The Breakfast Club—will be the grand marshal of the 42nd Annual Los Angeles Pride Festival June 10, according to Advocate.com . In addition to several roles on Broadway, Ringwald currently stars in ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Past grand marshals include Kelly and Sharon Osbourne as well as Johnny Weir and Chelsea Handler.

Adam Lambert has become the first out gay musician to top the Billboard chart after his latest album, Trespassing, debuted in the number-one spot, On Top Magazine reported. Trespassing sold 77,000 copies, making Lambert the seventh American Idol finalist to climb to the top spot on the chart. He officially came out on the cover of Rolling Stone after competing on Idol; however, he said that even when he was on the show he didn't try to hide his sexuality.

Pro-football rookie Robert Griffin III told Outsports that when he played in high school in Copperas Cove, Texas, a teammate came out of the closet. While Griffin has said he has gay friends and wouldn't care if a player came out, he recalled that things didn't turn out so well for the teammate. "When he came out, he stopped playing," Griffin said. "He might have stopped playing because of the negative feedback he might have gotten from being that on the football team." Griffin added, "Just because they're gay doesn't mean they're hitting on you."

Gay African-American film director Lee Daniels (Precious) has cast Minka Kelly (of the cancelled reboot of the TV series Charlie's Angels) to play Jackie Kennedy in his upcoming movie The Butler, according to a Vulture.com item. The film focuses on Eugene Allen (played by Forrest Whitaker) as Eugene Allen, a White House butler who worked in eight different administrations. Others in the movie will include Matthew McConaughey as John F. Kenney, Alan Rickman as Ronald Reagan, and Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan.

As American Idol compensates for declining ratings, the show can no longer promise its runners-up financial security, according to the Daily Mail. Jessica Sanchez, the most recent runner-up, has reportedly not been guaranteed the opportunity to produce an album. Also, the aspiring star could make as little as $30,000 in advances. On the other end of the pay scale, judge Jennifer Lopez received $20 million this past season. (In previous years, Idol offered its runners-up album deals guaranteeing advances of at least $175,000.)

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson has criticized Vogue's new health initiative as being a front, the Daily Mail reported. Dickinson, a former judge on America's Next Top Model, told Fox411's Pop Tarts column, "Please! Look at [Vogue Editor-in-Chief] Anna Wintour—she's thinner than thin. This [new rule], I just don't buy it." The initiative bans models who are too skinny or who are under 16.

Jillian Michaels, the trainer who was on the TV show The Biggest Loser, has adopted a 2-year-old Haitian girl named Lukensia, according to Reuters. Michaels and partner Heidi Rhoades welcomed Lukensia just days after Rhoades gave birth to a baby boy May 3. "I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development," Michaels said.

Food Network star Anne Burrell has confirmed she's a lesbian after fellow network personality Ted Allen made a reference to her sexuality on a radio program, according to a Huffington Post item. Allen said in a radio interview that Burrell was "dating a woman" who reportedly works at the Chicago eatery Avec. Burrell's rep told Page Six, "Anne doesn't feel she was outed. She has made no secret of her relationship."

Three years after getting engaged at a marriage-equality rally, Sex and the City actress Cynthia Nixon, 46, married education activist Christine Marinoni May 27 in New York state, according to People.com . Nixon's rep said that the actress wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera. Marinoni gave birth to their son, Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni, in February 2011.

Did Madonna make a dig at Lady Gaga? The New York Post reported that as the Material Girl launched her world tour in Israel, she segued from the song "Express Yourself" to Gaga's "Born This Way." (Many have mentioned how much the two songs sound alike.) Madonna told 20/20 earlier this year, "I certainly think [Gaga] references me a lot in her work. Sometimes I think it's amusing and flattering and well done. ... I can't really be annoyed by it because, obviously, I've influenced her."

Sharon Needles, the most recent winner of the TV show RuPaul's Drag Race, clarified rumors with Out magazine about supposedly being arrested in New York City. Needles wasn't arrested, she said, but received a ticket—for urinating on a police station. She told Out, "I had a couple of drinks with friends; I had a lot of Red Bull. I was on my way home and it hit me: I had to pee so bad. ... It wasn't on purpose, but I think it was funny that it was a police station."

At the Cannes Film Festival, Canadian actress Suzanne Clement won Un Certain Regard Award for Best Actress for her role in the movie Laurence Anyways, Advocate.com reported. The film, directed by 23-year-old Xavier Dolan, is a drama set in the 1990s about Laurence (played by Melvil Poupaud), who tries to save his relationship with his fiancee (played by Clement) after he reveals he want to become a woman.

Grant Bowler—an actor who has starred on TV's True Blood and who was Vanessa Williams' boyfriend on Ugly Betty—has been cast as Richard Burton in the Elizabeth Taylor biopic starring Lindsay Lohan, according to the New York Daily News. Producer Larry Thompson says he's excited about the casting and the natural chemistry Lohan and Bowler have on screen and off, despite their 18-year age difference.

Weeks after coming out as transgender, Against Me! singer Tom Gabel performed her first show as Laura Jane Grace, Rolling Stone reported. Grace sang and played a 40-minute set at San Diego's Humphreys Concerts by the Bay as the band played six new songs, including "Transgender Dysphoria Blues." "I was worried that some people expected me to come out looking like Little Bo Peep or something," Grace said after the show.
