Northalsted Market Days—taking place Aug. 6-8—will feature a star-studded line-up.

Just some of the performers slated to entertain are icon Jody Watley ("Looking for a New Love"), Todrick Hall, Steve Grand, Inaya Day, country-music star Ty Herndon, Cece Peniston ("Finally," "We Got a Love Thang"), Trixie Mattel, JC Brooks, DJ Alex Acosta, the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus and freestyle diva Lisa Lisa ("Head to Toe," "Lost in Emotion").

The half-mile-long festival features all-day lineups of live music on six stages, 250+ unique vendors, arts, crafts, food and drink, DJs and dancing, sponsor booths and more.

Founded in 1982, the celebration now spans from Belmont to Addison avenues on North Halsted Street, in Chicago's Northalsted/Boystown neighborhood—the country's first recognized gay village and a Chicago LGBTQ+ historic landmark.
