Quilt unveiling: The Behavioral Health and Social Services Department of Howard Brown Health Center will unveil a commemorative quilt in celebration of the agency's 30th anniversary. The quilt, scheduled for dedication on Thursday, Oct. 21 at 10 a.m., was created in panels by HBHC Behavioral Health staff members, and will hang in the department's reception area for public viewing.
