Gay Games To Hold Town Hall Meeting

Chicago Games, Inc., the local host organization of the 2006 Gay Games VII Sports and Cultural Festival, will host a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, Feb. 3 in the Rubloff Auditorium of the Chicago Historical Society, 1601 N. Clark St. ( at North Avenue ) , from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The Town Hall Meeting will feature a presentation by the Gay Games VII Board of Directors followed by an opportunity for members of the community to ask questions and provide feedback. Topics will include status of logistical and financial preparations, how to volunteer, synopsis of the business sponsorship and donors program, and details on how to register as an athlete or artist. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome. There is no charge to attend and no RSVP is required.
