Trish Harper and Martha Dantuma each had two touchdown receptions on June 27, leading the Chicago Force to a 28-14 playoff win at the Seattle Majestics.
The Force move into the Western Conference championship game against Kansas City at the July 11. The win in Washington state ousted the conference's No. 1 seed and a previously undefeated club.
"This was a very big win," said Force general manager Linda Bache.
The Force led 7-0 at halftime, then 21-0 after three quarters.
The Majestics cut it to a 21-14 game in the fourth quarter before the Force iced the win with a 55-yard touchdown toss from quarterback Sami Grisafe to Harper.
The Force defense was anchored by from Kim Marks, while Jamie Menzyk sacked the Seattle quarterback on that team's last drive for a key 15-yard loss. Mary Valene and Shannon Ten Broeck also had solid defensive efforts.
