Elton John to release greatest-hits collection

Elton John announced that Diamonds will be released Friday, Nov. 10 through UMe.
Diamonds is the ultimate greatest hits collection from John; it will be available on as a one-, two- or three-CD limited edition box set; two-LP heavy-weight gatefold vinyl; and digital formats.
The three-CD limited edition box set contains 34 tracks over two discs, plus 17 bonus tracks of personal favorites curated by John himself. It also contains a 72-page hardback book containing annotations for the stories from each song plus a set of five postcard illustrations of John.
Just a few of the songs on the three-CD set include "Philadelphia Freedom," "Candle in the Wind," "Your Song," "I'm Still Standing," " I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues" and "Bennie and the Jets." |
