One of my readers wants to know if she has guides, and if so, how can she get in touch with them. I am happy to report that the ability to contact spirit guides is available to all of us. We all have some form of a spiritual guide.
Spirit guides are often archetypical. They are symbolic and usually representative of something else. Some people have guides that appear in the form of a goddess, a Native American warrior, or a religious icon such as an angel.
Our guides tend to serve the purpose of a teacher or protector and help steer us on a particular path. Most people first connect with their guides by way of dreams or meditation. I was introduced to my guides in the same way I help people connect with theirs: through guided meditation.
My guides range from a Native American medicine man, ancestor guides, and a Hawaiian queen, and they help guide me on a daily basis. Through the gift of clairaudience (also known as clear hearing) I am able to hear messages they send me.
Through practice and time, I have learned how to interact with each of them. Some serve specific purposes such as protector or spiritual mentor.
It is extremely rewarding to help people discover and connect with their spirit guides. I have seen incredible changes in people who have actively pursued connecting and communicating with their guides.
One of my clients is having the best sales year of his career; he calls upon his guides to help him close deals and uncover new opportunities.
Our guides can offer us assistance on many different levels from getting parking spots to helping us on our spiritual path. By connecting with our guides, we tap into a limitless and boundless source of possibilities.
