WHO: On behalf of The League of Chicago Theatres, theaters across Chicago…
WHAT: will honor Maggie Daley, champion of theater in Chicago, by turning off marquee lights for two minutes at the beginning of her wake, which begins at noon at the Cultural Center in the heart of the theater district. In celebration of her life, lights of theaters throughout the city will then remain aglow until the end of her wake at 10pm.

Among some confirmed participating theaters include Broadway In Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre, Broadway Playhouse, Oriental Theatre and Bank of America Theatre; The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University; The Chicago Theatre; Chicago Shakespeare Theater; Goodman Theatre; Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Northlight Theatre; Lookingglass Theatre; Victory Gardens Theater; and The Second City
