After canceling its World of Chocolate event due to the recent COVID-19 surge, AIDS Foundation Chicago (AFC) has decided to transition this top-tier event into a special, at-home experience.
With Valentine's Day right around the corner, AFC is offering the "Life Is Like a Box of Chocolates" assorted chocolate box.
Included in the box are three raffle tickets, chocolate samples from Chicago chocolatiers, recipe cards and some surprise gifts from AFC.
The assorted chocolates will feature Noir d'Ebene Chocolat Patisserie, Starbucks, Terry's Toffee, University of Chicago-David Rubstein Forum and Vanille Chicago. Those interested will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets as follows: three for $20, seven for $60 and 20 for $100.
The raffle prizes will be presented as 10 different raffle packages, with some notable prizes including relaxing spa treatments, health and fitness activities, tickets to sports games and opportunities to indulge in the fine arts.
