Yvonne Zipter Poetry Reading & Open Archives Tour
2:00pm - 4:00pm

Release of Yvonne Zipter's new poetry collection and an inside look at her archival collection at Gerber/Hart. Yvonne will be reading from her new collection of poetry, The Wordless Lullaby of Crickets and be joined in conversation with Linda Bubon, one of the co-founders of Women & Children First books. This event will also feature a special pop-up exhibit of Yvonne's archival collection, including materials from Yvonne's groundbreaking book on lesbians and softball - Diamonds are a Dyke's Best Friend. The exhibit will be curated by Gerber/Hart volunteer Kaitlyn Griffith. Enjoy snacks after the reading as well as delicious beverages provided by Eris Brewery and Cider House
