Goodman Theatre's 'A Christmas Carol' running through Dec. 31

Now in its 44th year, Goodman Theatre's classic production of A Christmas Carol is the story of Ebenezer Scrooge's discovery of kindness, compassion and redemption.
Director Jessica Thebus co-adapted and helmed the 2020 audio streaming version, which drew an audience of 150,000+ people experiencing the production online and on air in an unprecedented partnership with Chicago Public Radio WBEZ and Vocalo.
Chicago favorite Larry Yando returns for his 14th year as Ebenezer Scroogewith Allen Gilmore stepping into the miserly businessman's shoes for nine performancesleading a cast of 30 including returning favorites and newcomers.
Tickets ($25-$141, and subject to change) are available at GoodmanTheatre.org/Carol or 312-443-3800. Visit the website for performance dates when Gilmore will appear as Scrooge.
COVID protocols will be followed, including proof of vaccination or a recent negative test result. Masks are required at all times while inside Goodman Theatre. |
