Go Girl! Saugatuck, the premier women's weekend in the Midwest returns to the largest gay resort in the nation - The Dunes in Douglas, Michigan. Veteran LGBTQ comedian Mimi Gonzalez is the founder of the event which celebrates its fifth season, June 3-5, 2022 after a two year Covid hiatus. The event has averaged over 300 women every year (2016-2019) and regularly draws attendees primarily from Chicago and Detroit.

The pandemic forced the cancellation of all event productions at The Dunes but 2022 is proving to be a year of great returns based on ticket sales and lodging reservations.
