—Volunteer-run nonprofit The Puerto Rican Agenda and the Puerto Rican Cultural Center have teamed with Puerto Rican restaurant Nellie's, 2458 W. Division St., to deliver authentic Puerto Rican lunches to more than 30 households in the Humboldt Park area, seven days a week, Block Club Chicago noted. The campaign is called "La Cocina Mutua: Solidaridad no Caridad," which means "the mutual kitchen: solidarity, not charity" in English.

—Marcus and GG Sakey, founding partners of Ritual Zero Proof, created Feed Our Frontlines to provide premium quality meals from Chicago restaurants to hospitals throughout the city—and more than $15K has been raised to-date. More than 200 meals have already been delivered to Rush University, Stroger and Amita Resurrection emergency departments with support from restaurant partners Farm Bar, Farmhouse Chicago and Lyfe Kitchen. See Website Link Here .

—Frontline Foods is a non-profit organization created to organize meal deliveries from local restaurants and deliver them to our healthcare workers who are on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Chicago chapter just launched and has already raised $55K locally to work with local restaurants like The Fat Shallot and DineAmic Group to deliver multiple meals each day to local hospitals like Lurie's Children Hospital and RUSH Medical Center. See FrontlineFoods.org/Chicago.

—Given the growing concerns around COVID-19, the West Town Chamber of Commerce ( WTCC ) Board of Directors has cancelled the following 2020 summer festivals: Do Division Street Fest, West Fest Chicago and Chicago Brewing District's Dancing in the Streets.
