Gender: Female. Color: Black. Altered: Yes

Hi, my name is Cassie and I am a very special girl. My owners turned me into Chicago Animal Control because they did not want to take care of me. I was born with some neurological issues because I contracted distemper from my mother. Because of this I have double vision and look a little clumsy when I walk and play, but I am SO happy and get along great on my own. Luckily ALIVE rescued me after meeting me. How could they resist this face? I am SUPER sweet and just love to snuggle in your lap and bury my face in your neck. I respond well to touch and to sound as well. I am dog and cat friendly and love to play, play, play. Just because I have special needs, that does not stop me!

Additional information: Special needs, current on shots. Five months old, Shepard-Doberman mix, 24 pounds.
