Putting the VD back in Valentine's Day
www.inspot.org
inSPOT is the Internet Notification Service for Partners or Tricks. It allows you to send eCards to Internet hook-ups to inform them of... issues. Yet another aspect of our lives has gone electronic. As my beau David noted when suggesting the site, 'Gone are the days when you just avoided your old tricks and spread rumors about them instead.' You do have the option of sending the notices anonymously, so there is the potential for a little mayhem to be generated by the socially less responsible among you. What a Boner

Ever wonder what your favorite cartoon character would look like if you flayed all the skin and meat from its bones? Oh, maybe it's just me then. In any case, you can now find out. Mr. Paulus has done sketches of the probable skeletons of 22 different animated characters. Betty Boop is particularly creepy. Oh, and those cute oversized eyes on the Powerpuff Girls? They lead to eye sockets that will be in your nightmares for weeks.
I think that I will never see more heinous Poetry

A sample says more than I ever could:
'as everyone in this world has a special someone,
now i know it very well, iv'e got the right one.
i wish i could show how much i care,
if you'll ever need me, i'll always be there'
I'm still trying to figure out for what 'iv'e' is a contraction. Read sparingly. Management is not responsible for damage to your taste.
Ahhh, back to W bashing

You know how there are all those websites showing the Bush/Monkey pics? Well, this continues that concept. This is a scan of a cartoon by Dave Itzkoff that originally appeared in Maxim in late 2000. In it he portrays Bush as Curious George W. If you read the old Curious George books as a kid you'll get a kick out of this. The cartoonist did a great job of tying together incidents from the books in crafting this little adventure.
