Chicago's Boystown neighborhood is now offering a Proud Purchase Card that rewards shoppers for buying items in that area, according to a ChicagoPride.com item.
The campaign is an extension of the Northalsted Business Alliance's Holiday Bucks gift card, and the new card can be used at more than 40 businesses, including Whole Foods, Roscoe's Tavern and even Steamworks.
