Amigas Latinas held its annual gala—with the theme 'Siempre Latina!' ( 'Always Latina!' ) —Nov. 3 at Garden Manor, 4722 W. Armitage. Teresita Diaz, sister of Aixa Diaz, and her partner Rose Rocha were honored for years of vision, support and commitment to Amigas' mission over the years.
