WGN-TV produced and aired a segment Oct 9, 2020 on the history and contributions of Windy City Times, co-founder/owner Tracy Baim, Executive Editor Andrew Davis, staff, contributors and delivery crew. The segment was reported by WGN's Sean Lewis.
Windy City Times, Chicago's only LGBTQ newspaper, published a final print version on Sept. 30, 2020. The news coverage will continue in a digital-only format at www.windycitytimes.com . The Sept. 30 date marked the paper's 35th anniversary.
