Chicago actor in film 'Signature Move'
Chicago-based actor and comedian Fawzia co-wrote and stars in Signature Move, a feature film co-produced by Full Spectrum Features NFP and Newcity's Chicago Film Project that will be featured at Tribeca's "TFI Network" April 19-20.
Signature Move is a romantic comedy and a coming-of-age feature film, centered on a Pakistani-Muslim woman named Zaynab who falls in love with Almaa smart, bold Mexican woman with whom Zaynab connects through culture, food and wrestling.

'Hannah Free' screening April 16
A screening of the 2009 lesbian-themed movie Hannah Free will take place Saturday, April 16, at the Gene Siskel Film Center, 164 N. State St., at 3 p.m.
Among those slated to attend are cast members such as Sharon Gless, and screenwriter Claudia Allen.
