In an interview with the New York Times, actor Zachary Quinto would not rumors regarding his sexuality—rumors that have allegedly been sparked by his support of gay rights. Quinto, 33—who also recently responded to an alleged anti-gay message posted by rapper 50 Cent—said, "The fact that these things are such hot-button issues right now, socially and politically, I would much rather talk about that than talk about who I sleep with." Quinto, who currently co-stars off-Broadway in the Tony Kushner play Angels in America, is slated to film the Star Trek sequel next year and just wrapped up Margin Call, which also features Jeremy Irons, Kevin Spacey and Demi Moore.

It's been tough because I've been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy." She also revealed that she miscarried almost immediately after wedding Nick Cannon two years ago. The Nov. 5 show will also feature filmmaker Tyler Perry and a psychologist; the Nov. 12 show will have the alleged victims along with their partners and spouses.

A jury has convicted psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and attorney Howard K. Stern of conspiracy in the 2007 death of model Anna Nicole Smith, according to CBS.com . However, the jury cleared Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed drugs for Smith. Prosecutors argued that Kapoor blurred the doctor/patient line when he kissed Smith at a party. They also mentioned a journal in which Kapoor wrote about the "mesmerizing" experience of riding with Smith in a gay-pride parade and subsequently wondered, "Can she ruin me?"

Sir Elton John said that he sang at conservative talk-show personality Rush Limbaugh's June wedding to open a dialogue with him, according to an Advocate.com item. John, who was paid $1 million to perform, told the London Telegraph, "When he asked me to play at his wedding, my agent said, 'Well of course you won't be doing it. But I said, 'Well, let me think about that first.'" John also noted that Limbaugh and President Obama currently share the same positions on same-sex marriage and civil unions.

Michael Douglas and Matt Damon are on board to film a movie based on the life of the late musical performer Liberace, according to People.com . Director Steven Soderbergh said, "We've already done some costume and wardrobe tests on Michael, and they're very, very, very good." Douglas will be Liberace while Damon will portray Scott Thorsen, who filed a palimony suit for $110 million in 1982, outing the singer. The flamboyant Liberace passed away in 1987.

Kevin Keller, the Archie Comics' first openly gay character, will star in his own miniseries, according to ComicsAlliance.com . Keller debuted this year in issue #202 of Veronica, where the title character rich girl had a crush on the boy. Keller's popularity with readers has led to the spin-off. Keller creator Dan Parent will write and draw the four-issue "Kevin Keller" miniseries, which will launch next year.

More than a year after the movie Bruno came out in theaters, cameraman Mike Skiff ( who happens to be openly gay ) has sued actor Sacha Baron Cohen, claiming he was assaulted by the actor and the crew at a Prop 8 rally in 2008, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Skiff said that he was injured when the Bruno filmmakers purposefully started a riot at the rally by encouraging participants "to enhance the dramatic effect of what they may capture for their film." Bruno, an alter ego of Baron Cohen, is a gay Austrian fashion-show presenter.

Sesame Street spokesperson Elen Lewis has denied rumors that show character Ernie outed himself with a tweet that referred to his mohawk hairstyle has a "bit of mo," according to the International Business Times. In Florida, gay-porn star Shane Michael Thompson—whose professional name is Jason Creed—has been accused of killing a dog, according to On Top Magazine. Thompson was being held in jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.

In the movie, Vaughn's characters says at one point, "Electric cars are gay." GLAAD President Jarrett Barrios said, "At a time when so many in our country are speaking out against the bullying of gay youth, Universal was right to acknowledge the offensive nature of this 'joke' when it removed it from trailers. Unfortunately, by leaving it in the movie, they are now contributing to the problem."
