( March 21, 2016 ) Windy City Playhouse, Chicago's most sophisticated professional theater, and LIPS, New York City's #1 Drag Queen Show, celebrate the royal themes of the current Playhouse hit, The Explorers Club with a Toast to the Queens, a high-energy post-show performance by three of LIPS signature talents: Ariel Sinclair, Skyla Versai and All Beef Patty.

The one-night-only A Toast to the Queen takes over Windy City Playhouse, 3014 West Irving Park Road, Thursday evening, April 7. The production starts at 7:30pm with doors — and the bar- open at 6pm. Complete with red carpet, photo booth fun, and the post-performance drag show hosted by late-night entertainer Tom Boi ( Uptown Underground ) — all is included in the ticket with prices ranging from $25-$45. Tickets are now available by calling 773-891-8985 or visiting windycityplayhouse.com .

"The Queen's a woman…isn't she?" ( Percy, The Explorers Club ) "Windy City Playhouse is thrilled to partner with LIPS to help announce the opening of their new venue, coming in 2017," said Barbara Charlene, Windy City Playhouse Director of Marketing. "With a storyline centered around the Queen of England herself, the Playhouse can't think of a better way to highlight the hilarity of The Explorers Club with the vivacious and hysterical performances of three famous Drag Queens."

About The Explorers Club

The Explorers Club has enough to deal with. One Explorer has lost nearly all his guinea pigs, another can't seem to locate the East Pole, one member thinks the Irish are actually Jewish and, on top of all that, the bartender is missing. After a slight misfortune of a tribesman slapping the Queen, these good old boys must grapple with the approach of modernity, save the world from an international war and, for God's sake, find a new bartender — but not until after brandy and cigars.

About the Queens

Ariel Sinclair has been performing in drag for over 25 years. As one of New York and Fire Island's most sought-after drag hosts, Ariel performs at numerous venues throughout the city drawing enormous crowds for each performance. Ariel's drag inspiration comes from many celebrities, queens and Hollywood movies.

Skyla Versai is a nightclub diva throughout NYC and performs around the world, with recent shows in the UK, Netherlands and France. She is part of the weekly log running QUEEN cast at Industry in NYC and was the Glam Award winner of BEST BAR PARTY in 2015. Sklyla is also a premier Madonna impersonator and every summer she takes up residency at The Elisium Cabaret in Mikinos, Greece.

All Beef Patty was a quarter-finalist on "America's Got Talent" in 2012. Originally from East Greenbush, All Beef Patty currently resides in Brooklyn and has performed at LIPS NYC for over a decade. A neon swirl of glitter, hair and makeup, All Beef Patty is the live-singing Jewish drag queen alter ego of performer Jason Gerber.

About LIPS Drag Bar NYC

LIPS is a restaurant/cabaret, also known as the ultimate place for "drag dining." All ages are welcome to enjoy their dinner and shows, but the full bar serves those 21 years of age and older. LIPS Drag Bar NYC is open every day of the week except on Mondays when the Queens prep for weekly events like Glitz & Glamour, Bitchy Bingo, Dragalicous Karaoke and more. Rated as the best drag show and the #1 Bachelorette Party destination in New York, LIPS is New York's ONLY true La Cage experience and is located at 227 E. 56th St. LIPS Drag Bar is set to open a new, high-end drag bar in Chicago in 2017.
