Thousands of patrons attended the first-ever Chicago International Art, Antique & Jewelry Show, which took place April 24-27 at Navy Pier.

Palm Beach Show Group presented the event, which featured more than 120 international exhibitors showcasing collections of fine art, jewelry, silver, textiles, porcelain, Asian art and more ( including three design showcases from companies such as LaGrange, Ill.-based Interiors by Mary Susan ), ranging in date from the antiquities to the 20th century.
In addition to funds raised from opening-night preview party ticket sales, event co-chairs Kitty Freidheim and Leslie Kennedy, along with Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago CEO Dr. Joanne Smith, were presented with a check for $10,000 from Palm Beach Show Group President/CEO Scott Diament and Vice President Rob Samuels.
