Chicago IL - May 7th 2019. The Annoyance Theatre is proud to bring back the summertime hit, "Steamworks: The Musical" with updated songs and additional characters for a modern view of its campy, comedy classic. A wide-eyed young man comes to Chicago looking for love in all the wrong places when he stumbles into the popular Boystown bathhouse, Steamworks. As our hero makes his way through the sexy Steamworks labyrinth, he meets an assortment of fun, bawdy and eccentric characters that get him closer to finding his dream man.

Directed by Parker Callahan ( Queer Eye: The Musical Parody ) and Music Direction by Matthew Pollack ( I Wanna Believe! An X Files Musical Parody ), this diverse and talented cast will please both your eyes and your ears. "Steamworks: The Musical!" is partnered with Steamworks Baths. The show begins its run on May 31st through August 9th, Fridays at 8pm on The Annoyance Theatre's Mainstage, 851 Belmont. Tickets are $24 and $20 for Students.
