TPAN names new client services director

Test Positive Aware Network ( TPAN ) has announced Bill Farrand as its new director of client services.

Farrand, a master's degree student at Northeastern Illinois University, began his TPAN career as the coordinator for the Illinois HIV Services Directory; he later became the HIV prevention coordinator for the agency.
