What can you say about the Liza Minnelli/David Gest divorce? Except that Liza's gaydar is even worse than her mother's!! No shit!! Doomed, or what?

You've got a wedding where the happy couple actually chose—I repeat, CHOSE—Not-Really-The-Marrying-Kind Michael Jackson to carry the bride's train and How-Many-Times-Married? Elizabeth Taylor to be the maid of honor …

… It had to end in tears.

All it needed was Mommie Queerest Faye Dunaway as a bridesmaid and it would have been the gayest train wreck in history.

In the divorce papers, Gest claims that last June in a London hotel suite, Minnelli consumed a bottle of vodka before she threw a lamp at him. Later she punched him in the stomach.

Oh my!! I can't wait for the TV movie.

You won't find a bigger anti-Royalist than I am. The British people should have guillotined members of this redundant institution 200 years ago when the French did it, or kicked them out on their ass like the Americans did.

But still …

… enough with raking over the bones of Princess Diana. This new 'tell-all' book by her butler is a scandalous exploitation of his relationship with her.

To be honest, I don't blame him for writing it—Royal butlers are notoriously underpaid—I blame you for buying this garbage.

Diana was a sweet-natured none-too-bright woman who married into a shit-filled dysfunctional family, couldn't handle it, and died a tragic death in a horrible road accident. And it was just an accident. End of story.

Can't we just leave it there? Please don't buy this book. When celebrities are alive, they're fair game, but this poor woman is dead and can't speak out in her own defense. I think it's undignified.

The Yale Daily News reports: 'The Reverend Stephen White, infamous for preaching against homosexuality and sexual promiscuity at Yale, and other college campuses, now faces charges that he solicited sex from a teenage boy in a Philadelphia suburb.

' … White was arrested in June after he allegedly offered $20 to a 14-year-old boy in West Chester, Pa., for permission to perform oral sex on him.'

I love this kind of story because it proves the point I've always made, that homophobes have a perverted sexuality. That does not mean they are sexual perverts, but that their 'sexuality' is perverted.

Anyone who launches into a mouth-frothing diatribe against homosexuality has to be gay. That's how I know the Pope is gay; because only a closeted gay man can be that bitter and twisted and hateful.

That's what this predominantly straight world does to us; it gives us a choice. We can come-out and live our lives, or we can stay in the closet and become hateful bastards to those of us who are brave enough to come out. It's all about cowardice.

The older I get, the less patient I am with gays and lesbians who stay in the closet.

Reuters reports that 'a study of spiders shows female wolf spiders will eat strange-looking males that try to mate with them, but spare and even hook up with familiar-looking males.'

What do they mean by 'eat' them? I've eaten a few strange-looking males in my time, but that doesn't make me a female wolf spider, does it?
