A good crowd turned out for the Royal Imperial Sovereign Barony of the Windy City's 1st Annual Mr. Hollywood Beach contest at @mosphere. Bumped into Michael Bonfiglio and Elizabeth—the Cleopatra of chocolates. Elizabeth was telling me about a certain nightspots cover person and their penchant for trailer trash in mountainous regions. I couldn't stay to see who won as I was heading over to Madrigals to see Juan's boyz working the pole.
It was a night of men taking their clothes off, because prior to the party at @mosphere, I was at Different Strokes to see new boy Carlos. Oh my!

There was definitely an odd group of people at Bobby Love's last week for Creaoke. Miss X cradled her cocktail, surveyed the scene and said, 'I have no idea where these people come from.'
Well, if you want DIFFERENT, then Bobby's on a Friday is the star-studded place to be. Ambrosia Salad was in attendance looking fabulous; I think he's beginning to look more like a woman when he's not in drag.

The Chix Mix party at Spin was a blast. Holly and Cameron dancing for the grlz, and the boyz of Chicago Beef on show for the boyz. And a great, great crowd. The bartenders are always friendly at Spin …
Don't forget that Creaoke is now at Spin on Tuesday nights.

I hear that Bucks patio is open for the summer. And, if the weather cooperates, that's where I'll be sitting out in the evening.
Speaking of patios and beer gardens, have you seen the new outdoors at Jackhammer? Some carpentry fairies been busy over the last few months.
