Chuck has a yacht. So last week Chuck and I went out on the lake with Jeff Gladd and two of his Chicago Beef.net guys, Sergio and KJ (they're on the cover and inside). And those boys were both sweethearts.
So they're posing on the deck and I'm thinking to myself … 'I can't believe I'm actually getting paid to do this.'

There's nothing better than sitting out on the patio at the Manhandler on a sunny Saturday afternoon. It's so secluded it's like being cut off from the rest of the world and you get the bonus of Joe (Mr. Cher Guy), should you ever have an emergency Cher question, like 'What brand of toilet paper does that bitch use?'… or whatever.

The grand opening of Pistachio Fridays @ 901 W. Weed was spectacular and made for very easy camera-work. Who was the drag queen on the door? I half-recognized her … I think.
The design of the club is phenomenal and it was only a brief moment of common-sense—a rare thing for me—that stopped me from flying down that slide with my legs in the air. Chris Eterno and Oskar were the DJ's. Remember Oskar from Madrigals …

Porn star Steve Cannon's White Trash birthday party at Cocktail was aptly named; Demanda Bump and Teri Yaki were there, and they don't come any trashier than that.
Miss Foozie was also there bringing a little bit of class to the evening, and why is it that when Teri Yaki leaves the stage there's flour everywhere … it is flour, right? I guess that bitch does a lot of baking …

A group of us went out to Hideaway to help Ronnie celebrate his 21st anniversary. They were having their karaoke night and the bartenders were handing out earplugs (can you believe it). Some people were actually wearing them too.
Carmine was a little exhibitionist, and the guy sitting next to him, who might not want his name mentioned, was fun to talk to. Nice guys. Great buffet.
