The South Side Swell is a quarterly happy hour for providers* living and/or working on the South Side of Chicago who are committed to the health and well being of the LGBTQ community. It takes place March 17 6pm-8pm at the Jeffrey Pub, 7041 S. Jeffrey Blvd., Chicago.
The South Side Swell's goal is to strengthen the existing and burgeoning services for the LGBTQ community on the South Side while encouraging support systems for providers as well.
Come meet other providers and receive important information from other organizations. Additionally, each quarter we will choose a provider or organization to highlight! Stay tuned and share widely!
*We define provider as a term to mean anyone who supports the mental, physical and spiritual health of the LGBTQ community. This includes but is certainly not limited to body work, nursing, therapy, tarot and astrology readings, space holding and those who are in training to provide services. |
