Over the past two years, between art exhibitions, public murals and corporate projects, Sam Kirk has been designing a three-story, loft-styled, penthouse in Chicago's River North neighborhood.
The penthouse is completely ADA-accessible, with customizations that allow additions to work with the design.
According to a press release, "The walls are drenched in vivid color patterns, shimmering tiles blending a rustic atmosphere with high-end luxury, and a custom designed elevator opens to the roof deck, allowing natural light to pour into the sixth-floor foyer."
The home, for entertainer Misty Campbell, also has a fifth floor with a home office, lounge space for meetings and indoor gatherings; a sixth floor that's for family time and daily activities; and a seventh floor with a master suite with a private roof deck. |
