On April 24, Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 32 points to lead that team to a 119-95 win over the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

With the loss, Chicago is now down 3-1 in the best-of-seven series.

The game changed for the Bulls when Alex Caruso took an inadvertent blow to the face from Jevon Carter in the second quarter, causing blood to spurt, The Chicago Tribune noted. After halftime, he spent the rest of the game in the locker room undergoing evaluation for a possible concussion.

Grayson Allen set playoff career highs with 27 points and six 3-pointers to help Milwaukee, while Jrue Holiday added 26, per ESPN.

Zach LaVine led Chicago with 24 points and 13 assists, DeMar DeRozan scored 23 and Patrick Williams finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds.

The Bulls will try to bounce back Wed., April 27, in Milwaukee. If the Bucks win, the Bulls' season is over.
