In related news, the NBA suspended the Milwaukee Bucks' Grayson Allen for only one game for his flagrant 2 foul on Caruso that caused a fractured wrist for the Chicago Bulls guard, ESPN.com noted. Caruso is expected to be out six to eight weeks following wrist surgery.
Chicago next plays Oklahoma City on Monday, Jan. 24, in Oklahoma. LaVine (knee) and Javonte Green (groin) are both expected to meet the team in Oklahoma City.
