Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 27 points, while De'Aaron Fox had 34 to lead the Kings. For the Bulls, Nikola Vucevic added 23 points and 10 rebounds, and DeMar DeRozan scored 21.
ESPN noted that with 14 games remaining, Chicago's postseason hopes are uncertain. There are three games separating the Bulls from the seventh-place Raptors in the Eastern Conference.
LaVine's 3-pointer in the first quarter was the 1,000th of his career and 700th with Chicago.
The Bulls stay on the road to face the Utah Jazz on Wed, March 16. Chicago beat Utah at home earlier this season but has lost three straight in Salt Lake City.
