Halloween star Jamie Lee Curtis revealed to People magazine that she struggled with an opioid addiction she kept secret from the world since the late '80s, Page Six noted. She explained that she was prescribed painkillers after a minor plastic-surgery operation on her eyes in 1989. Afterward, she developed an addiction to the drugs—even stealing them from friends and family.

Queen Latifah's rumored longtime partner, Eboni Nichols, is flaunting a baby bump, RadarOnline.com reported. Sources at Radar claim the pair are also engaged to be married. This follows an emotionally rough year for the proud Jersey girl, whose mother, Rita Owens, passed away this March due to heart disease.

Out actor Jim Parsons ( TV's The Big Bang Theory ) is highest-paid TV actor, having made $26.5 million pre-tax in the 12 months preceding June 1, Forbes noted. Parsons claimed the top spot for the fourth year in a row, edging co-stars Johnny Galecki ( $25 million ), Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg ( $23.5 million each ). The only actor to drop off last year's list is Kevin Spacey, who was accused of several counts of sexual misconduct and was dropped from his role of Frank Underwood on House of Cards.

The Oct. 29 episodes of Paramount Network's Heathers reboot were pulled in deference to the tragic synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh that left 11 people dead, Page Six reported. Sources said the episodes were pulled because they featured a storyline involving high school students undergoing active shooter training. The Oct. 30 episode/finale was slated to air, though.

William Clayton, the son of Oliver Queen, was revealed to be gay during a recent episode of Arrow, Gay Times Magazine noted. During a flash-forward in "The Longbow Hunters"—the second episode of the show's seventh season—a grown William ( Ben Lewis ) admits his sexuality during a conversation with Roy Harper ( Colton Haynes ). Arrow has been airing on The CW since its debut in 2012.

Speaking of Colton Haynes, he and Jeff Leatham appear to have reconciled, Page Six noted. The couple, who filed for divorce in May after six months of marriage, posted tributes to each other to mark their one-year wedding anniversary. The Four Seasons artistic director and Haynes tied the knot in front of 120 guests at a Palm Springs ceremony officiated by Kris Jenner.

LGBTQ short films shone during the finale of the 13th Annual NBCUniversal Short Film Festival, winning half of the night's awards, according to a press release. Masks—a film about a closeted Persian woman who comes out after surviving a mass shooting, and helmed by out writer-director Mahaliyah Ayla O—won Outstanding Drama, the Critics' Choice Award and the Audience Award. Rani—about a Pakistani trans woman who adopts an abandoned child—won Outstanding Writer for writer-director Hammad Rizvi; the film stars Pakistani trans activist Kami Sid, in her acting debut.

Nielsen released a list of the top 20 shows watched most by viewers with same-gender partners or spouses, TheWrap.com reported. CBS' reboot of Murphy Brown ( which didn't even crack the top 20 among a general audience ) topped the list, with a total of 339,000 viewers with same-gender partners or spouses. A few of the other shows included The Good Doctor, The Big Bang Theory and This Is Us.

Nanette star Hannah Gadsby is reportedly dating director/Transparent creator Jill Soloway, according to PinkNews. Soloway also recently met Gadsby's family in Australia, reported Page Six. Gadsby and Soloway have been touring and speaking at talks together to promote the director's memoir She Wants It: Desire, Power, and Toppling the Patriarchy.

Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski and boyfriend Joey Krietemeyer have gone their separate ways after seven years of dating, ExtraTV.com reported. Recently, Porowski's co-star Karamo Brown shared at the Angel Ball in New York City, "Antoni's just happy in his life. He deserves all the happiness in the world. People don't realize what a sweet, empathetic person he is. So I just love that he's happy."

At a press event for Fox's Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, INTO Magazine asked star Rami Malek if he sees Freddie Mercury as a gay icon—and the actor's response was one that some have called awkward, Instinct Magazine noted. "I think the way—what's really great about him is that he never wanted to or thought about himself as being boxed into anything," Malek said. "If he's an icon to one, there's no reason it requires another adjective, as far as I see it. … 'Icon,' I think, encompasses whatever, the way you identify, I think."

Pam Grier revealed on PeopleTV's Couch Surfing that while initially filming the show The L Word, she was ( off screen ) a bit more hesitant to embrace the community, EW.com noted. "I didn't know anything about the LGBT community," Grier said. "But I said, 'I need to know because there are certain communities that I'm familiar with that still have a phobia of it based on religious doctrine—but if you can't accept it, at least tolerate.'" She then said she received fan mail that stated, "We didn't understand, but you made us feel comfortable."

Singer Sinead O'Connor—who famously tore up a photo of Pope John Paul II on Saturday Night Live in 1992 as a protest against the Catholic Church—has said she has converted to Islam, USA Today noted. The "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer—who now goes by the name Shuhada' Davitt—revealed the news via Twitter on Oct. 19, writing, "This is to announce that I am proud to have become a Muslim. This is the natural conclusion of any intelligent theologian's journey. All scripture study leads to Islam. Which makes all other scriptures redundant."

Neil Patrick Harris has signed on as the face of Duuple, a new social app that hosts user-generated challenges to be shared among friends or with the world, People.com reported. Harris' first order of business involved launching a dance challenge of his own. The star is daring anyone who'll risk humiliation to upload their best dance moves and challenge their friends to do the same. Duuple has partnered with St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital for this initial challenge and will be donating to the charity.

Ariana Grande is keeping busy after her split from Pete Davidson, Page Six reported. After teasing new music on social media, the "God Is a Woman" singer announced the "Sweetener World Tour." The U.S. part of the tour kicks off March 18, 2019, and concludes at Madison Square Garden on June 18.

Guinness World Records officially presented Daddy Yankee with the title for his achievement as the First Latin artist to reach the number one on Spotify, confirmed as of July 9, 2017 a press release noted. He was also recognized with seven titles for the success of the hit song "Despacito," performed alongside Luis Fonsi, and two additional titles for topping the Billboard Latin Rhythm Airplay lists.

Kesha and Sixthman, which specializes in music festivals at sea, ahave announced Kesha's Weird & Wonderful Rainbow Ride, a press release noted. This immersive four-day vacation experience will entertain 2,500 fans Feb. 17-21, 2019 from Tampa to Nassau, Bahamas, on the Norwegian Pearl. A Clueless feature remake is in the works at Paramount with Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver producing and Glow writer Marquita Robinson penning the script, Deadline noted. The original 1995 film directed and written by Amy Heckerling is a cult Gen X classic, with actors such as Alicia Silverstone, Paul Rudd, Breckin Meyer, Jeremy Sisto, Stacey Dash and the late Brittany Murphy.

Justin Timberlake postponed a Man of the Woods tour date at Madison Square Garden, explaining on social media that his "vocal chords are severely bruised" and he cannot perform "on doctor's orders," Page Six noted. Timberlake announced the postponement just two hours after MSG tweeted about the singer's second gig at the venue. The new show is rescheduled to take place on Timberlake's birthday, Jan. 31.

The members of KISS are hitting the road for their final tour ever, ExtraTV.com noted. The End of the Road world tour will kick off Jan. 31 in Vancouver.The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, who have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide over a 45-year career, have said this tour is devoted to their millions of fans, known as the KISS Army.

Fox has announced a slew of premiere dates, including the final run of Gotham, TheWrap.com noted. The Batman-prequel drama will premiere its fifth and final season on Thursday, Jan. 3; the final season of Gotham will feature the addition of the villain Bane, who will be played by Shane West. Other shows announced included The Orville ( Dec. 30 ), the legal drama Proven Innocent ( Feb. 15 ) and the live musical Rent ( Jan. 27 ), among others.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino will have more time before he starts his eight-month prison term for tax fraud, Page Six reported. He will now have until Jan. 15 to report to prison, although it's unclear where he'll be incarcerated. Sorrentino and his brother, Marc, pled guilty in January to similar charges; they were charged in 2014 with tax offenses related to nearly $9 million in income.

Emmy-winning Big Little Lies star Alexander Skarsgård has been set by Legendary and Warner Bros to star in Godzilla vs Kong, Deadline noted. Directed by Adam Wingard, pic marks the fourth installment of the Legendary and Warner Bros. cinematic universe and is set to be released on May 22, 2020. Legendary and Warner Bros have wrapped Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, which stars Millie Bobby Brown; that film will be released May 31, 2019.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are heading to Walmart.com, Page Six noted. The famous sisters, 22 and 21, are expanding their Kendall + Kylie collection with a range of affordable handbags and small accessories for the wallet-friendly retailer. Their first collection for Walmart.com—exclusively available online now for pre-order—features 42 items, including fanny packs, backpacks and satchels.
