The Indian bistro Mango Pickle (5842 N. Broadway; https://www.mangopicklechicago.com) will hold its next 21 Days of Thali event Dec. 3-20.

Marisa Paolillo and Gregory Bazire—the founders and chef-partners of Mango Pickle—will come together to curate, prepare, cook and serve a one-of-a-kind supper that melds our culinary experiences in India as "non-natives" with the U.S. Midwest, using "native" and worldly ingredients, flavors and spices.

The dine-in event will feature smoked Lake Superior whitefish "panirayam" (vegetarian substitute: house "paneer" cheese); pumpkin gnocchi with garam masala and curry leaf butter; an intermezzo of warm cacao with cinnamon and cumin infusion; beef "nihari" enclosed in celeriac (vegetarian/vegan substitute: grilled cauliflower with glazed mushrooms and curry leaf sauce); an optional cheese course ($10/person); and coconut cake with fig "kalakand," sweet cream mousse and caramel.

Tickets are $55/person; visit www.exploretock.com/mangopickle to RSVP.

At-home catering packages are available until Jan. 1.

Mango Pickle also continuously offers other supper events, to-go ordering and weekend afternoon light bites.
