Red Stars acquire Hill, draft five others

The 2020 National Women's Soccer League ( NWSL ) Draft has concluded, with Chicago acquiring forward Rachel Hill and making five selections.

Among other things, the Red Stars began the draft by acquiring the second and third overall selections in exchange for the fourth and fifth overall picks in the 2020 NWSL Draft and allocation money.

Hill was a two-time semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy as a forward for the University of Connecticut Huskies in 2015 and 2016. The draft selections are Julia Bingham, Camryn Biegalski, Zoe Morse, Ella Stevens and Aerial Chavarin.
