The average woman earns just $0.77 to the average man's dollar. Equal Pay Day, Tuesday, April 17, represents when a woman's wages finally catches up to a man's wages from December 31st of the previous year.

Guest speakers include Cook County President, Toni Preckwinkle; Chicago Commission on Human Relations Chair and Commissioner Mona Noriega; Cook County Clerk, Dorothy brown. Contact Barb Yong (Blyong@golanchristie.com ) for more information.

The rally will take place at noon at Daley Center Plaza, Clark and Washington, Chicago
