A transgender boy who went missing from their Portage Park nearly two weeks ago is still missing, according to reports.
Kayleigh Green, 15, went missing from their home sometime in the night between the evening of Oct. 2 and the early morning of Oct. 3. Media reports refer to Green as a female, but a missing-persons poster distributed locally by their family says that they identify as male.
Green's parents told CBS 2 on Oct. 11 they believe Green was lured from the house by someone they'd met online. The teenager reportedly left behind a note saying that they had headed for New York. Green was also on a number of medications, which they did not take with him.
Green is Caucasian, 5'7" and weighs 165 pounds, with medium build, brown eyes, and hair that is short and brown on sides and longer and blonde on top.
They probably wore black jeans, or joggers and a hoodie. There is also multiple scarring on their arms and legs.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or 312-744-8266. CBS 2's story is at chicago.cbslocal.com/2017/10/11/kayleigh-green-missing/ .
