Center on Halsted hosted a discussion on the question of being "Black, Queer and Invisible?" on Feb. 17, 2016. Kim Hunt, executive director of the Pride Action Tank, and Zach Stafford, contributing writer for The Guardian, were the featured guests. Moderator was Andrew Fortman, director of Community and Cultural Programs for the Center.
The event marked the launch of a monthly series interviews with local LGBTQ and ally leaders on their lives and today's most pressing topics. Full report coming soon.
