Noble St.has permanently closed after crowds gathered over the weekend to protest a series of racist and homophobic social media posts made by its owners, Eater Chicago noted.
Co-owner Juany Riesco had a clothing company called Chicago Native ( which has also shut down ), and collaborated on a pair of sneakers with Nike ( which cut ties with him ).
Last week, Riesco was asked what he thought of the Black Lives Matter ( BLM ) movement. The brothers also made homophobic and anti-Muslim remarks.
