He may not get marks for high employment of gays in his administration, but President George W. Bush appointed an additional six gay nominees to federal positions recently. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, one of the positions went to Arthur Collingsworth, who sits on the board created to interest people in careers as linguists.

The case stemmed from the indecency conviction of James Henry, who received a notice of arrest via mail after he was filmed leaning back from the urinals at a public park restroom before zipping his pants even though, according to the Chronicle, the police chief had privacy dividers removed from the bathrooms to improve the camera's view.
