The band Evil Incarnate was scheduled to perform Dec. 19 at the White Star Bar, 3049 N. Cicero. "I myself am Mexican," said concert promoter Renato Brierio in the statement. "I don't appreciate that kind of racist or anti-homosexual b.s."
