A man has been treated and released after suffering a graze wound in a drive-by shooting in Lakeview Wednesday.
According to police, an 18 year-old male was shot in the buttocks while driving on the 3900 block of N. Clarendon at 2:00 p.m. April 11.
According to News Affairs Police Officer Laura Kubiak, the victim has gang affiliations. He drove away from the scene of the shooting but was stopped by police after a report of shots fired was called in.
The victim was treated at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and released, said Kubiak.
No one is in custody.
